    As I discussed in final chapter of the book, this exercise is relevant for sustaining your happiness levels in the future.

    Objective

    This exercise involves answering a set of 14 questions—meant to steer your towards making happiness-enhancing decisions—on a daily basis for a period of at least 2 weeks, and for as long as you would like. Once you select your daily questions (on the next page), we will e-mail them to you.
